Phone support
Calls to our customer-service line, (888) 505-9713, are answered by an AI virtual assistant run by a voice-service provider. The assistant says at the start of the call that the call may be recorded. What you tell it is used to create a support ticket so we can follow up.
Hosting
Hosting creates standard technical request logs used for security and reliability.
Retailer links
This site links to Amazon and HomeDepot.com. Activity on those sites is governed by their own privacy policies.
Sharing
